get organized or allow us to help you create a plan of
action and get things running smoothly again.

have the flexibility to plan your small or large
organizational projects with our Professional
and work at your pace, just call when you need

3-5 MAINTENANCE
PLAN (15 hours Service) |

on three (3) Five Hour Sessions for the completion of
longer term projects. Plan recurring sessions either
monthly, weekly or daily: (i.e., one 5-hour session on
the 15th of each month; one 5-hour session for the next
three Mondays, or 3 consecutive days: Monday, Tuesday &
Wednesday to complete the project!) A Value Savings of
$150!

PROJECT

This plan
is for the fervent “project finisher” who just wants to
get it all done….These Packages will include Total Room
Organization Planning for larger projects which may
include multiple spaces, new furnishings, closet design,
customized shelving, etc. Prices are based on a reduced
hourly fee for completion of entire projects that will
require a minimum of 18-30 hours. Projects will be
presented in written Proposal form prior to scheduling
along with suggested budgets for materials.

Home Services, Inc. has designed a unique and affordable
solution for closet organization, as an alternative to
expensive closet systems. We utilize your existing
bullnose shelving as installed by most builders and add
additional shelving, double hanging and accessories to
fit your specific needs. Most closets require only small
adjustments to maximize space.
*Rates based on availability; travel fees over 30 miles
may be additional; $25 cancellation fee may apply to
subsequent cancellations.

ORGANIZING TIP:
Remove all unused hangers in your closet.
Put all hangers on the rod in reverse
direction so that the open end is facing
out. Remove the item you want to wear and
when you hang it up again, turn the hanger
around (what we know as the right way). This
will allow you to see what you're not
wearing in three months, six months and even
a year. Then give yourself permission to
donate the unturned hangers with clothing
items to your favorite charitable donation.
