Meet
with our Certified Redesigner for a 90-minute
consultation where we will walk throughout your entire
house to get a feel for your personal style and hear
your desires for each space. You may want to take notes
as she gives you some basic design practices that will
help liven up each room and accomplish your goals for
each space. Make notes on how you might add plants,
lighting and color to create focal points or
inspiration. Finish up your consultation by devising a
plan to help you reach your goals or explore some of our
Redesign Options* to help you achieve them!

Then utilize us to help you save time & money by
choosing the right décor for your room, by
shopping for you or with you!

This
package is for the room that just needs a little
accessorizing. Maybe you have a pit sofa that only fits
one way in the room or you are happy with your current
furniture layout but know your space just needs a little
pizzazz! Or, maybe you are just tired of your old
accessories and would like a new look. We will use your
current furniture and layout but bring in some new to
“freshen” up your space. We will “shop” for your room to
find new affordable items to help create a new
inspiration for your “tired” space. You set the budget &
we charge just 20% of only what you purchase plus the
Redesign Fee and voila, you have all the “right” stuff
to finish and refresh your space. (Based on 3 hours set
up + shopping time)
Need a
quick fix up for your space? This is the most
cost-effective plan to get your space in shape fast. We
use ONLY what you own, with no additional cost for
décor, we clear the room and then devise the best layout
with your current furnishings and “borrow” items from
other rooms to complete a single space! We focus on
furniture placement and creating visual interest in the
room with the items you already love. As an added bonus,
we will also make suggestions as to any new items we
think you may want to purchase in the future to complete
the look. This puts you in control to purchase the items
on your own timeframe and budget. So, you may add as
little or as much to the space as your budget allows
(Based on approx. 4.5 hours for set up).

You too
are looking to “freshen” up your space, you have great
stuff that you really love but you know it could look
better, or be placed better in the room. You want to
complete what you started…but you’re not sure how to get
there. You want a new furniture layout, and to buy
whatever is needed to finish the look….Well we can do
that for you! We will clear the room and redesign it
with a new layout, use some of your existing accessories
and add some new ones too to finish it up!....We include
a standard room Redesign fee of $350, plus you set the
budget for accessories, and we add just a 20% Shopping
Fee for whatever you decide to purchase. Just think you
can have a completed beautiful space ready to “party”
that night! (Based on 5 hours set up + Shopping Fee)

You aren’t
sure just exactly what you want, but you know you want
it finished, you have some basic ideas but you’re not
sure if they will work in your space. Maybe you just
moved into a new house and not sure if your old
furniture works, where to place it or what you need to
buy. You need direction, planning and a new plan. You
want to “see” it to believe it and let our Redesigner
design… and let us do our stuff! We will shop and
assemble, place furnishings and put it all together for
you to “see it and believe it”; you pay only our basic
redesign fee of $350, plus a 20% shopping fee* of
whatever you decide to purchase. There is no obligation
to buy, and you get to see your room “all decked
out”…just like shopping at home, but better than QVC, it
is custom to your room, just the way you wanted it
(Based on 6 hours + Shopping Fee).

Redesign
an entire room with a brand new look. Add a wall mural,
paint color, bedding, decorations, etc. Great for kid’s

consultation (Based on 3 – 5 days Labor+ shopping time).

Meet with
our Certified Stager for a 90 minute consultation and
let our Stager evaluate your home from a Buyer’s
perspective. Get advice on furniture placement, editing,
repairs, improvements and suggestions on how to increase
the marketability of your property and help create a
sense of urgency to prospective buyers!
Living in your home while it is “For Sale” may be
challenging, but with our organizational expertise, and
design flare, we can use the things you already have for
maximum impact and still help you maintain a livable
space while you are waiting for your house to sell. We
will provide proper furniture placement to optimize your
space, and the placement of accessories while
de-cluttering each room so that potential buyers can
picture themselves “moving right in”.
We offer both HALF DAY and FULL DAY RATES with
Assistants available so that we can help get your whole
house ready for sale and not just a few choice rooms.
After our consultation, we will customize a plan just
for you and provide you with several options to purchase
or lease accessories for your home based on YOUR goals
and budget.
Our Stager will shop specifically for your home to add
affordable accessories to compliment the style of
your existing furniture and help pull the look of
everything together to appeal to the widest range of
potential buyers as possible. All the accessories are
available for purchase, and can usually be purchased for
less than it costs to rent them. But there is never any
obligation to buy. You may buy what you like and lease
what you don’t or we can go shopping together! We
provide reasonable lease options starting as low as
$45/month for large silk trees, plants, greens, lamps
and artwork, since these items can be expensive to buy
but can make a great impact in your house.
BUT BEWARE…after we Stage your house for sale you
may not want to move! Our client’s only complaint is
that they only wished they had done it sooner! Staging
your home is both an investment to sell you existing
house as well as a head start for decorating your new
home! The Industry Standard implies that for every
dollar you spend staging you get $5 in return!!! So
don’t delay another minute…Call our Stager today!!!

The number of Assistants
will be suggested at the time of your proposal depending
on the scope of work to be done. All Assistants are
supervised by our Lead Stager and are Certified Stagers
and/or currently being mentored under H.I.S. and are
fully insured.
* A 20% Shopping Fee may be added to any items purchased
to compensate for time spent shopping, or if you prefer
we can even shop with you to help select items for your
house at our hourly fee… So you will never waste time
buying and returning items that don’t work, which always
saves you both time and money!
H.I.S. Home Services, Inc. specializes in Staging
Residential homes that are currently being occupied
and
